1. Data Types

To provide you with the best possible experience, we collect various types of data:

• Personal Identification Data: Name, email address, phone number.
• Transaction Data: Details about payments and services purchased.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, duration of visit, interactions.
• Personalized Suggestions: Recent searches, category visits and opened ad IDs are stored in this browser, separately by account and marketplace. Suggestions use the last 30 days of activity; older entries are removed when the history is read. Opening the Suggestions page sends the relevant interests to the server to find matching public ads; this feature does not persist that history to a database. You can clear the history for the current marketplace from the Suggestions page. Browser storage is separate for each country subdomain.
• Messages: In-platform message content, sender and recipient IDs, listing references, timestamps and delivery or read status.
• Agreement Records: Account ID, accepted Terms and Privacy Policy version and fingerprint, server timestamp, language, application version, browser identifier and trusted network IP address when available.

2. Purpose of Collection

We collect this data for specific purposes:

• Service Delivery: To create and manage your account and ads.
• Security: To detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
• Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and enhance our platform.
• Communication: To send you important updates and support responses.
• Messaging and Reports: To deliver conversations and let authorized staff investigate reported problems, lawful requests, fraud or safety incidents when necessary. We do not promise routine monitoring or end-to-end encryption.
• Agreement Evidence: To record an explicit acceptance of a particular agreement version. This does not authorize optional marketing or replace other consent required by law.

3. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. We will retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Messages may remain available to the other participant when you remove a conversation from your view. Retention depends on the record, service need and applicable legal requirements; there is no guaranteed automatic deletion schedule. 4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can do this by logging into your account or contacting us.

5. Cookies
