ASIDZI Terms of Service
Version 2.0 · Effective date: October 19, 2026
These Terms form an agreement between you and ASIDZI, operated by Erix Corporation, for the West Africa marketplace. They replace earlier Terms when you accept this version. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
1. About ASIDZI and these Terms
1.1 Who we are. ASIDZI is owned and operated by Erix Corporation in Togo. Contact: contact@asidzi.com.
1.2 What these Terms cover. These Terms govern asidzi.com, its country marketplaces serving Benin, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo, the ASIDZI mobile apps, and related features, content and services (the “Platform”). Public marketplace selection is limited to the supported West African countries.
1.3 Key words. "User" means anyone who accesses the Platform, with or without an account. "Listing" or "ad" means any offer, request or announcement a User publishes. "Content" means anything a User posts, uploads, sends or displays, including text, photos, videos, prices, messages, reviews and store details. "Seller" and "Buyer" mean Users who offer or seek an item, property, vehicle, animal, job or service. "Paid Services" is defined in Section 9.1.
1.4 Who may use ASIDZI. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher, and legally able to enter into contracts. ASIDZI is not intended for children. If you use the Platform for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business, and "you" includes it.
1.5 Where these Terms apply. These Terms apply in every ASIDZI country marketplace. You must comply with the laws that apply where you are and where your transaction takes place.
2. How you accept these Terms
2.1 Acceptance. Before completing registration or using account features, you must actively tick the unticked acceptance box and select “I agree”. You agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Data Collection notice. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account. Browsing alone does not create a recorded acceptance.
2.2 Electronic acceptance. Your electronic acceptance binds you in the same way as a handwritten signature, as permitted by applicable laws on electronic transactions, including those of Togo and of your country.
2.3 Acceptance records. We record your account ID, the document versions and content fingerprints, the server date and time of acceptance, the interface language, and available technical information such as a trusted network IP address, browser identifier and application version. These records help evidence your acceptance, subject to applicable law and your right to challenge their accuracy. Privacy acknowledgment is not consent to optional marketing or unrelated processing.
2.4 Additional rules. Some features have additional rules shown when you use them, such as Paid Services or the referral program. Those rules form part of these Terms. If they conflict with these Terms, the additional rules prevail for that feature only.
3. Required reading and safety videos
3.1 Documents that form part of these Terms. The following documents (the "Required Documents") are part of your agreement with ASIDZI: Privacy Policy Data Collection notice Publishing Standards (Broadcasting Rules) Safety Tips User Guide (SOP) Education Hub videos and guides
3.2 What you confirm. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country if higher), can enter into this agreement, have read the Terms and Required Documents, understand the risks of dealing with other users, and will follow the Safety Tips. Review safety videos and guides when available. Acceptance does not certify that you watched a video or completed a course.
3.3 Access to guidance. Keep a copy of these Terms and consult the Required Documents before transacting. Required safety training, if introduced, will be identified separately and completion will be recorded separately from acceptance.
3.4 Additional safety steps. We may introduce a separate safety quiz, video requirement or warning before higher-risk features. We will not describe a video as completed merely because you accepted these Terms.
3.5 Order of priority. If a Required Document conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail, except that the Privacy Policy governs how we handle personal data.
4. ASIDZI is a platform only — we do not control users
4.1 What we provide. ASIDZI provides an online space where Users publish Listings and contact each other. We act as a technical intermediary that hosts Content on Users' behalf.
4.2 What we are not. We do not own, sell, buy, inspect, store, transport or deliver anything listed. We are not a party to any agreement between Users. We are not an agent, broker, auctioneer, real estate agent, employer, recruitment agency, escrow service, bank or payment provider for any User.
4.3 Deals are between Users. Any sale, rental, job or service agreement is made directly between the Users concerned. They alone are responsible for negotiating, performing, paying for and delivering it, and for meeting every legal requirement, including taxes, customs duties, permits, licenses and transfer formalities.
4.4 We do not control Users or their Content. We do not control, and are not responsible for: what Users post, including whether a Listing is true, accurate, complete, legal or safe; the identity, honesty, solvency, conduct or behavior of any User, on or off the Platform; the existence, quality, safety, legality, ownership or condition of any item, property, vehicle, animal, job or service; or whether a User completes a transaction, pays, delivers or shows up.
4.5 Payments happen outside ASIDZI. Payments between Users are made outside the Platform, for example in cash, by mobile money (such as Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Wave, Moov Money, Flooz or T-Money) or by bank transfer. ASIDZI does not receive, hold, guarantee or refund these payments and cannot recover them.
4.6 Conversations outside ASIDZI. When you contact a User by WhatsApp, phone, SMS, email or social media, you leave the Platform. Those exchanges are outside our control and at your own risk.
4.7 Badges and boosts are not endorsements. "Verified", "Verified Store", "Turbo", Bronze, Silver, Gold and similar labels are not a recommendation or guarantee. Verification only means we checked certain information supplied by the User, at a certain time, using limited means. It does not confirm that the User is honest, owns what they offer or will keep their promises.
5. Your safety and transactions with other Users
5.1 Your decision, your risk. You alone decide whether to deal with another User. Before paying or handing anything over, you are responsible for checking: who the other User is; that the item exists, matches the Listing and works; that the Seller owns it or may sell it, and that it is legal to sell; and any documents, such as vehicle papers, land titles, permits or receipts.
5.2 Safety rules. Follow the Safety Tips every time. In particular: never send money in advance, including deposits, reservation fees or delivery fees; meet in a busy public place, in daylight, and bring someone you trust; inspect the item before you pay; check your own mobile money or bank balance before releasing an item, and never rely on a payment screenshot; and never share your password, PIN or SMS verification codes. ASIDZI staff will never ask for them.
5.3 Meetings and dealings are at your own risk. If you meet or deal with another User, you do so at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASIDZI is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, theft, fraud, scam, assault or other harm arising from your contact, meeting or transaction with another User or any third party, online or offline.
5.4 Higher-risk categories. Take extra care in these categories: Real estate and land: before paying anything, verify ownership and title with the land registry, a notary or another competent authority. Beware of land sold to several buyers. Vehicles: check the registration papers and chassis number, and that the vehicle is not stolen or pledged. Jobs: genuine employers do not ask applicants to pay. Never pay recruitment, training or travel fees to get a job, and be especially careful with offers abroad. Animals: Sellers must follow animal health and welfare rules. Protected species may not be sold. Food and farm products: Sellers are responsible for freshness, safety, storage and labeling. Services: providers must hold every license or qualification the law requires. Children's items: must be safe and not subject to a recall.
5.5 People pretending to be ASIDZI. ASIDZI never asks you to send money to a personal account, and never asks for your password, PIN or verification codes. Anyone who does is not ASIDZI. Report them to us.
5.6 Crimes. If you are the victim of a crime, contact the police or other competent authorities. We may cooperate with them as described in Section 7.8.
6. Your account
6.1 Accurate information. Give accurate, complete and current information, and keep it updated. Do not impersonate anyone.
6.2 One person, one account. Unless we allow otherwise, you may hold only one personal account. You may not sell, rent, transfer or share your account, or open a new account after we suspend or close yours.
6.3 Keeping your account secure. You are responsible for keeping your password, phone number, SIM card and verification codes secure, and for all activity on your account. Tell us at once at contact@asidzi.com if you suspect unauthorized use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account, or by events outside our control, such as fraud involving your SIM card.
6.4 Verification. We may, but do not have to, verify your identity, phone number or business, and we may ask for documents. If you refuse, or we cannot verify you, we may limit your access.
6.5 Inactive accounts. We may delete accounts and Listings that remain inactive for more than 12 months, after notice where practical.
7. Your content, moderation and reports
7.1 You are responsible for your Content. You alone are responsible for all Content you post or send. You promise that: you have every right needed to post it; it is accurate and not misleading, including the price, condition and photos; it complies with these Terms, the Publishing Standards and the law of every country where it is visible or where the transaction takes place; and you own anything you list, or are authorized to sell it, and it is legal to sell.
7.2 License to ASIDZI. You keep ownership of your Content. You give ASIDZI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, publish, adapt (for example resize, crop, compress, translate or watermark), distribute and promote your Content, including on our social media pages, in ads and on partner sites, to run, improve and promote the Platform. This license lasts while your Content is on the Platform and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, legal records and promotional material already published. To the extent the law allows, you waive any moral rights that would prevent these uses.
7.3 People in photos. Do not post photos of other identifiable people without their consent, and never post photos of recognizable children.
7.4 Moderation. We do not review every item of Content before or after publication. We review reports and may use moderation tools, remove Content or suspend accounts. Review may miss harmful Content and does not guarantee that a Listing or User is safe. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us. Private messages are covered by Section 7.9.
7.5 Our right to act. We may at any time, without notice and without liability, refuse, remove, hide, recategorize or limit the visibility of any Content, and suspend or close accounts, if we believe it breaks these Terms or the law, or puts Users or ASIDZI at risk. We may keep a copy where the law requires or allows. Removal of Content that breaks these Terms gives no right to a refund.
7.6 Reporting Content. To report a Listing or User, use the "Report" button on the ad page or email contact@asidzi.com with the link, the reason, any evidence and your contact details. When a report clearly shows that Content is illegal, we will review it and act within a reasonable time. We do not decide legal disputes between Users, such as ownership or contract disputes, and may refer them to the competent authorities. False or abusive reports are prohibited.
7.7 Ratings and reviews. Where we offer ratings or reviews, they must be honest and based on a real experience. They are the opinions of their authors, not of ASIDZI. We may remove fake or abusive reviews.
7.8 Cooperation with authorities. We may keep, and disclose to police, courts, regulators or other competent authorities, information about Users and Content, including identification data, IP addresses, messages and transaction records. We do so when the law requires it, in response to a lawful request, or when we believe in good faith it is needed to prevent fraud, protect someone's safety or protect our rights. Where the law requires, we keep data identifying the people who created Content. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing.
7.9 Private messages. We store in-platform messages, sender and recipient identifiers, related listing references, timestamps and delivery or read status to provide messaging. Authorized staff may access relevant conversations when a participant reports a problem or requests help, when required by a lawful request, or where necessary to investigate fraud, protect safety or secure the Platform. We do not promise routine monitoring, guaranteed scam detection or end-to-end encryption. Access must be limited to the purpose concerned. Messages may remain available to the other participant; retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy. WhatsApp, phone and SMS conversations do not pass through ASIDZI.
8. Prohibited items, content and conduct
8.1 Prohibited items and Content. You may not list, post, sell, buy or promote anything prohibited by the Publishing Standards or by law. This includes: weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks and military equipment; drugs, narcotics and related equipment; medicines, prescription products, medical devices, and supplements or "miracle" products claiming to cure, treat or slim; tobacco, e-cigarettes and alcoholic drinks; opened or unsealed cosmetics, and products containing banned or restricted substances, such as certain skin-lightening ingredients; stolen, counterfeit, smuggled or recalled goods; protected plants and animals, and products made from endangered species; people, human organs, blood or body parts, and any form of human trafficking or forced labor; adult, pornographic or sexual content or services; content that exploits or endangers children; hate speech, discrimination, harassment, threats or violence; identity papers, government documents, uniforms and official badges; personal data, databases, hacked accounts, hacking tools, malware and covert surveillance equipment; securities, currency trading, crypto-asset or other investment offers, "money doubling" and pyramid schemes, lotteries and gambling; pesticides, toxic chemicals and other hazardous materials; land or property the advertiser has no right to sell or rent; and job offers that are false or misleading, or that charge applicants a fee.
8.2 Prohibited conduct. You may not: scam or defraud anyone, including through advance-payment requests, fake payment screenshots, fake websites or phishing; pretend to be ASIDZI, its staff or another person; post false or misleading Listings, bait prices, duplicate ads or ads in the wrong category; spam Users or send unsolicited advertising; harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone; collect other Users' data, or scrape, crawl or copy the Platform by automated means without our written permission; hack, overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the Platform, or bypass its security, except where the law expressly allows it; create fake or multiple accounts, or manipulate boosts, ratings, reviews or the referral program; use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal purpose; or help or encourage anyone else to do any of these things.
8.3 Consequences. If you break this Section, we may remove your Content, suspend or close your account, cancel your Paid Services and rewards without refund, report you to the authorities and claim compensation for our losses.
9. Paid Services and rewards
9.1 What we offer. Browsing and standard posting are subject to the free allowance shown in your account. Optional Paid Services may include Turbo boosts, subscriptions, additional ad allowances and store verification features. The price, duration, allowance, activation or approval requirements and benefits are shown before purchase. Verification and paid features do not guarantee another user’s honesty. Changes to future prices do not reduce benefits already purchased for the agreed period.
9.2 Payment. You pay through the methods we offer, which may be run by third-party payment or mobile money providers under their own terms. You are responsible for any fees your provider charges. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
9.3 No guaranteed results. Paid Services may increase visibility or add features. They do not guarantee any number of views, inquiries, buyers, sales or any selling price.
9.4 Duration. A boost or plan runs for the period shown, starting when it is activated. The period keeps running even if you edit, pause or delete the Listing.
9.5 Renewals. If a plan renews automatically, we will tell you before you buy, and you can cancel before the next renewal date.
9.6 Refunds. Once activated, Paid Services are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund or the offer states otherwise. If our fault prevents delivery, we will restore or extend the service or refund the undelivered portion, subject to your mandatory rights. If we end a service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused part. Removal for breach does not automatically give a refund, but mandatory consumer rights always apply.
9.7 Payment disputes. If a payment is reversed or credibly disputed, we may temporarily restrict the associated Paid Service while investigating. This does not limit your right to raise a good-faith payment dispute or exercise mandatory consumer rights.
9.8 Referral rewards. Rewards from our referral program follow the rules shown in your dashboard. Unless those rules say otherwise, rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may expire. We may cancel rewards obtained through fake accounts, self referrals, spam or other abuse. We may change or end the program at any time; rewards already validated will be honored unless obtained through abuse.
10. Intellectual property
10.1 Our rights. The Platform, including the ASIDZI name and logo, its design, software, databases and our own content, belongs to ASIDZI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you no rights in it except the license below.
10.2 Your license to use the Platform. We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Platform in line with these Terms. Without our written permission, you may not copy, sell, frame or scrape the Platform, create works based on it, or use our name or logo.
10.3 Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions or bug reports, we may use them freely and without paying you.
10.4 Infringement complaints. If you believe Content infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email contact@asidzi.com with your name and contact details, the right concerned, the link to the Content, why it infringes, and a statement that your complaint is accurate and made in good faith. We may remove the Content and inform the User who posted it. We close the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
11. Privacy, messages and third-party services
11.1 Personal data. Our Privacy Policy and Data Collection notice explain how we collect and use personal data. They are Required Documents under Section 3.
11.2 Information you make public. Contact details you put in a Listing or profile, such as a phone or WhatsApp number, are visible to other Users and the public. You publish them at your own risk.
11.3 Other Users' data. Use personal data you receive from other Users only to complete the transaction concerned, and in line with data protection law. Do not sell it, share it or use it for spam.
11.4 Messages from us. You agree to receive service messages by SMS, WhatsApp, email or app notification, such as verification codes, security alerts and account notices. We send marketing messages only as the law allows, and you can opt out at any time.
11.5 Third-party services. The Platform links to or relies on services run by others, such as WhatsApp, phone and mobile money operators, payment providers, Google Play, the App Store, maps and social networks. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Their own terms apply.
12. The Platform is provided "as is"
12.1 As is, as available. You use the Platform "as is" and "as available", at your own risk. You accept the Platform as it is at any given time, including any errors, limits or missing features.
12.2 No warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASIDZI gives no warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, including about quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or non-infringement. In particular, we do not guarantee that: the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors or viruses; any Listing, profile, badge or review is true, accurate, legal or current; any User is who they claim to be or will act honestly; any transaction will take place or succeed; or your Content will be preserved, so keep your own copies.
12.3 Changes and interruptions. The Platform may be slow, interrupted or unavailable, including because of maintenance, power cuts, network failures or internet restrictions. We may change, suspend or stop any feature, any country marketplace or the whole Platform at any time. Features marked beta, test or "coming soon" may not work as expected.
12.4 General information only. Guides, tips, price indications and other information we publish are general information, not legal, financial or professional advice. Automatic translations may contain errors.
13. Limitation of liability
13.1 Losses we exclude. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASIDZI and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, partners and licensors (the "ASIDZI Parties") are not liable for: indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, income, business, opportunity, reputation or data; any loss or harm arising from Content, Listings or Users' conduct, or from transactions, payments, communications or meetings between Users or with third parties; any loss or harm caused by items, properties, vehicles, animals, jobs or services offered or obtained through the Platform; unauthorized access to your account or data resulting from your actions or from events outside our reasonable control; interruptions, errors, delays or loss of Content; or the acts, omissions or failures of third-party services.
13.2 Mandatory limits. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, your rights and the remedies available under that law remain unaffected.
13.3 What we do not exclude. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited. This includes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our fault where the law forbids excluding it, and under consumer rights you cannot waive.
13.4 Time limit for claims. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim against an ASIDZI Party must be brought within one year after you knew, or should have known, of the facts giving rise to it. Otherwise the claim is barred.
13.5 Scope. These limits apply whatever the legal basis of the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Release and indemnity
14.1 Release. A dispute between you and another User or a third party is between you and them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the ASIDZI Parties from all claims, demands and damages of any kind arising out of or connected with that dispute. We may, but do not have to, help you resolve it.
14.2 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify the ASIDZI Parties and hold them harmless against all claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with: your Content or Listings; your use or misuse of the Platform; your transactions, communications or meetings with other Users or third parties; your breach of these Terms or the Required Documents; your breach of any law or of anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights; or taxes or duties due on your sales or income.
14.3 Handling claims. We may take over the defense of any claim covered by Section 14.2, and you will cooperate with us and pay the reasonable costs. You may not settle such a claim without our written consent.
15. Suspension and termination
15.1 Leaving ASIDZI. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time, from your account settings or by emailing contact@asidzi.com.
15.2 When we may act. We may suspend, restrict or close your account, remove your Content or refuse you service, with or without notice, if: you break these Terms, the Required Documents or the law; we suspect fraud, abuse, or a risk to Users, third parties or ASIDZI; a court, an authority or the law requires it; or your account is inactive as described in Section 6.5.
15.3 Other reasons. We may also close your account, or stop the Platform or a country marketplace, for any other reason, with reasonable notice where practical. In that case we will refund the unused part of any prepaid Paid Services.
15.4 Telling you why. Where reasonable and lawful, we will tell you the reason for our decision. You may contest it by emailing contact@asidzi.com within 30 days. We will review your request; the final decision on access to the Platform is ours, without affecting your legal rights.
15.5 After closure. Your right to use the Platform ends. We may delete your Content, but we may keep some data as described in our Privacy Policy and as the law requires. Sections 4, 7.2, 7.8, 9.6, 10, 12, 13, 14, 17 and 19 continue to apply after closure.
16. Changes to these Terms
16.1 Updates. We may update these Terms, for example when the Platform, the law or our business changes. We will publish each new version with its version number and effective date.
16.2 Notice. For important changes, we will give you at least 15 days' notice by email, SMS or in-app message before they take effect. Changes required by law, or needed for security or fraud prevention, may take effect immediately.
16.3 Your choice. We may require explicit acceptance of a new version before account features can be used. If you do not agree, stop using account features. You can still read the policies, contact support, sign out and request account deletion. We do not manufacture an acceptance record from continued use.
16.4 Earlier versions. We keep earlier versions of these Terms and will provide them on request.
17. Governing law and disputes
17.1 Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute about them or the Platform, are governed by the laws of the Togolese Republic.
17.2 Amicable settlement first. Before starting any legal action, you agree to contact us at contact@asidzi.com, describing the dispute and what you are asking for. We will both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days.
17.3 Courts. If the dispute is not settled, the competent courts of Lomé, Togo have exclusive jurisdiction.
17.4 Your consumer rights. If you use the Platform as a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, whichever ASIDZI marketplace you use, or of any right the law gives you to bring a claim there.
17.5 Individual claims. To the extent permitted by law, disputes are resolved individually, not as part of a group, class or representative action.
18. App store terms
18.1 All app stores. If you download an ASIDZI app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and ASIDZI only, not Google or Apple. ASIDZI, not Google or Apple, is responsible for the app and its content. The store's own terms also apply to your use of that store.
18.2 Apple App Store. For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store: your license to use the app is limited to Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the fullest extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app; ASIDZI, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims; ASIDZI, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights; you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; you must comply with applicable third-party terms, such as your mobile data agreement, when using the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
19. General provisions
19.1 Force majeure. We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, floods, fire, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government action such as internet shutdowns, power cuts, cyberattacks, and failures of telecom operators, hosting providers or other suppliers.
19.2 Entire agreement. These Terms, the Required Documents and any additional rules for specific features are the whole agreement between you and ASIDZI about the Platform. They replace all earlier versions.
19.3 Severability. If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part applies to the fullest extent allowed, and the rest of these Terms stays in force.
19.4 No waiver. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not give it up.
19.5 Transfer. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may transfer ours to an affiliate, or to a buyer or successor of our business.
19.6 Relationship. These Terms create no partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and ASIDZI.
19.7 Language. This version is published in English. Interface or automatic translations are provided for convenience and may contain errors. Ask contact@asidzi.com for clarification. Any rule of mandatory law concerning the language of a consumer agreement continues to apply. We do not claim that an automated translation is a reviewed legal translation.
19.8 Notices. We may send notices to the email address or phone number linked to your account, or through the Platform. You must send notices to contact@asidzi.com.
19.9 Headings and summary. Headings and the Key points summary are for convenience only and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
